A villa built for people who fly

Aishwarya Elara is a private four-bedroom villa 500 metres from Jaipur International Airport, on Tonk Road at the B2 Bypass. It is run by our family, with a caretaker who is on call 24 hours. Alongside four bedrooms there's a lounge with a home theatre, karaoke and a gym and yoga area, a large lit rooftop garden with a swing, a meeting room and a workspace.

We built it after years of watching friends and family land on late flights and spend their first night in Jaipur stuck in traffic on the way to a hotel across the city. Here, you land and you're home in five minutes.

The name

Aishwarya means prosperity and grace. Elara is the name of a moon that orbits close to its planet. Together they describe the house: a graceful home that stays close to where you need to be.

Your host

I'm Rahul, from Jaipur. I answer messages myself, usually within minutes between 7 am and 11 pm and within an hour overnight. Ask me which fort to see at sunrise, where to eat dal baati churma on Tonk Road, or how early you really need to leave for a 6 am flight.
