What a stay costs

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) for the whole villa. The price for your dates is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Long-stay columns show the Sunday–Thursday price per night after the discount. Peak dates (Diwali, New Year's Eve and wedding-season Saturdays) are 25% above the Sunday–Thursday price.
What the Elara Celebration plan includes
- The full lounge, with music system, disco lights and custom ambient lighting
- Full bar setup: glassware, ice bucket and bar tools (no alcohol sold)
- Sony 5.1 Dolby home theatre
- Karaoke with 2 microphones, a tower speaker and instrument inputs
- Gym and yoga area (inside the lounge)
- Patio and the full rooftop garden, with custom lighting
- Bonfire and barbecue setup for a rooftop karaoke night
Charged extra: food and drinks at actual cost; firewood and charcoal as per the price list in the in-room booklet.
Refundable deposit
The Elara Celebration plan has a ₹5,000 refundable security deposit, paid at check-in by UPI, card or cash. It is returned within 2 working days of check-out, less any damage costs, which we show you with photos and bills first.
Discounts apply to the room price for every night of the stay, weekend nights included.
Free in every room
Coffee bar, toiletries, slippers, dental kit, laundry bag and towels. The master bedroom also has a minibar. Guests can use the meeting room and the dedicated workspace free of charge, and parking on site is free.
On request, charged at actual cost
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner (home-cooked)
- Airport pickup and drop
- Food at actual cost; firewood and charcoal as per the in-room price list (the bonfire and barbecue setup comes with the Elara Celebration plan)
- Spa, salon and doctor on call: prices as listed in the booklet in every room
We confirm the price before arranging anything, and add it to your bill only after you agree.
Taxes
GST is charged as applicable under Indian law and shown separately on your booking confirmation and invoice.
How to pay
For direct bookings, an advance of 30% of the stay confirms the booking and the balance is paid at check-in. You can pay online by UPI, card or net banking through Cashfree Payments, or by UPI or cash at the villa. Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip or Goibibo are paid as that website shows.
