These terms form the agreement between you (the guest who makes the booking) and Rahul Yadav (Proprietor), trading as Aishwarya Elara ("we", "us") for stays at Aishwarya Elara, House no. 65, Aishwarya Elara, B2 Bypass Road, near Jaipur International Airport, Tonk Road, Sita Bari, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302029, India. By paying for a booking you accept these terms, our house rules and our cancellation & refund policy.

1. Bookings

A direct booking is confirmed when we receive the advance and send you a written confirmation with your dates, number of guests and price. The person who books must be at least 18 years old and stays at the villa during the booking.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in INR for the whole villa. GST is charged as applicable. An advance of 30% confirms a direct booking; the balance is due at check-in. Services on request (meals and airport pickup at actual cost; firewood, charcoal, spa, salon and doctor as per the in-room booklet) are charged only after you agree the price.

3. Check-in requirements

Every adult must show valid government photo ID at check-in. We may refuse check-in, without refund, if valid ID isn't provided, or if the number of overnight guests is higher than booked.

4. Use of the villa

The villa is for private stays for up to 10 overnight guests. Parties, music and events are allowed until 11:00 pm with the Elara Celebration plan and must be agreed when you book, including the number of event guests. Rooftop music ends at 10:00 pm and lounge music at 11:00 pm; silent hours are 11:00 pm to 5:00 am. The Elara Celebration plan carries a ₹5,000 refundable security deposit. Commercial shoots need our written permission in advance.

5. Damage

You are responsible for damage caused during your stay by you, your guests or your pets, beyond normal wear. We'll share photos and bills before charging repair or replacement cost.

6. Our responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep the villa safe and as described. We aren't responsible for loss of valuables left unattended, or for interruptions outside our control such as power or water cuts by the utility, extreme weather or government orders; where these affect your stay we'll help as far as we can.

7. Bookings through other websites

If you booked on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo or Vrbo, that website's terms and cancellation policy apply to payment and refunds, alongside our house rules.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to your booking.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. Please contact us first at homestay@aishwaryaelara.com; most issues are solved quickly that way.
