House rules

These rules keep the villa safe and our neighbours happy. They apply to every booking, wherever you booked.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Arriving later? The gate is coded and the caretaker is on call; just tell us your arrival time.
Check-out by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability; ask us.

Every adult guest shows a valid government photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID). Local Jaipur IDs are accepted.
Foreign nationals show a passport and valid visa. As required by Indian law, we submit Form C to the Bureau of Immigration within 24 hours of arrival.
Unmarried couples are welcome.

Maximum 10 overnight guests, children included.
Visitors and event guests must be agreed with us in advance and registered at the gate. Visitors are welcome to use the meeting room.

Parties, music, karaoke and events are allowed until 11:00 pm with the Elara Celebration plan.
Rooftop and patio music ends at 10:00 pm; after that, music continues inside the lounge until 11:00 pm.
Silent hours are 11:00 pm to 5:00 am: music off and voices low, indoors and on the rooftop.
The Elara Celebration plan has a ₹5,000 refundable deposit, returned within 2 working days of check-out less any agreed damage costs.
Tell us your event and the number of guests when you book. Event guests must leave by 11:00 pm unless they are staying guests.
We are in a residential lane: please keep outdoor music at a level that doesn't disturb neighbours.

Smoking only on the rooftop garden. No smoking indoors.
The Elara Celebration plan includes a full bar setup (glassware, ice bucket and bar tools). We don't sell alcohol; adult guests may bring their own for personal use, as permitted by law.
Barbecue and bonfire only in the marked area of the rooftop, with the caretaker's help, and out by 11:00 pm. Firewood and charcoal are charged as per the in-room price list.
The gym and yoga area is inside the lounge and is available with the Elara Celebration plan.

Pets are welcome. Please tell us when you book.
Pets stay off beds and sofas, and owners clean up after them. If extra cleaning is needed we'll tell you the cost before charging it.

Please report any breakage straight away. Damage beyond normal wear is charged at repair or replacement cost, shown to you with photos and bills.
Switch off air-conditioners when you go out.

CCTV covers the gate, driveway and entrance only. There are no cameras inside the villa.
Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are in the lounge and kitchen. Emergency numbers are on the fridge.
